Remember those ferris wheels that would come to town with the local fair? I was terrified of those. I still am. It always seems like a good idea, you know to get on and look over the town with someone you want to get close with but once they close the little door and it begins to move, I change my mind right quick.
Especially, ack! when those rickety seats swing in the wind. Who designed this anyway? Were they drunk? Is this a design flaw? I mean, make it a steel enclosed cart with some harnessed seats, no swinging and there you have something of quality!
Though trying to keep perfectly still at the top of a ferris wheel you can't help but have involuntary circulation. Enough to move the darn seats. Or if you can control this you are one of those people who was seated with a freak show that enjoys scaring others and begins maniacally swinging the seat to frighten you, or you ARE that person. Either way you can not help but see your shoes. What better time to zone out and create a place to store them?
