It's a New Year, time to refocus

I am shopping for second carseats for Lola and Dahl. They are three years old. I know many people with three year olds, and I see many three year old on a daily basis at the girls' school. Getting in and out of their cars before and after the school day. I thought it was important to share this Utube video with you and I hope you too will pass it on. Many people do not know that children should be in carseats, harnessed until at least age 5. And after this they should be in a booster seat, until about age 8. This helps an adult seatbelt be fitted correctly, to prevent injury, even death.

They are kind people happy to answer the myriad of questions that come with purchasing the right seat from choosing the correct seat for your car's make and model combined with your child's age and size, to helping you to correctly install the seat.

Ropeless Jump Rope

I think the JUMPLESS jumprope would be a hot seller! (Don't even think about it. I've already begun the patenting process...)

Still, it is an interesting thing to ponder. You get a pair of snazzy handles, that are ergonomically designed of course, who wants to work out and be uncomfortable? What's that old adage? No pain no gain? That's soooo 20th century!

These handles have an LCD display, which acts much like a nagging spouse, friend, trainer, fill in the blank, showing you how many calories you've burned, times you, gives you a target for your jumping amount, and has a user profile. For the gymrat ropeless jump rope jumper, it also brings with it two 2.5 lbs weights you can slip into the handles to increase the difficulty. The more I type the more I realize I NEED one of these!
